Begin your journey by tuning into the energies that surround you. Explore the power of habit formation, find clarity on what is draining your energy, and cleanse your physical space for a harmonious, uplifting atmosphere.
If, during the cleanse, you find you don't have time to do all the daily challenges etc, remember they are only suggestions - don't let it be a stress for you. Just start the next day with the intention to do what you can.
The weekly schedules are flexible. It would be ideal for everyone to attend the live chats, but if you can't there will be a recording available. It might be that the times of the chats shift to meet the group's needs, or the daily challenges are adjusted.
