The demands on our bodies have never been greater. In our modern lifestyles we are bombarded with toxins from every angle: Processed food, air pollution, and stress, to name a few. We are so busy trying to do all the things, that we forget that our bodies are bearing the brunt of our hectic lifestyles... Until uncomfortable symptoms show up.

How does it work?

When you sign up for the 21 Day Detox, I will send you an email containing everything you need to know to prepare. You will also be added to my detox group, where you can ask questions, post pictures, share your wins and meet others on the same journey.

Each day, starting on the 1st January, 2024, you will receive an email with your instructions, inspiration, recipes & meal ideas, downloads and educational content for the day. 

What can I eat?

The 21 Day Detox is food-based, allowing your body to gently cleanse with the support of a fresh, varied diet, comprising of seasonal vegetables, fruit, whole-grains, nuts and seeds, healthy fats, high quality proteins and plenty of filtered water. You can choose to include meat or not.

You will be advised to not consume sugar, processed foods, seed oils, wheat, dairy (except butter), alcohol or caffeine. I provide a downloadable sheet detailing the detox foods to eat and avoid, as well as a suggested morning and evening routine. Meal and recipe ideas will be dotted throughout the 21 days.

What results can I expect from this detox?

Results from cleansing vary, but most people report increased energy, improved mood and a sharper mind, lowered stress levels & inflammation, better sleep, clearer skin, better gut health, less bloating and digestive symptoms, and an overall sense of lightness and wellbeing.

You may also feel worse for a few days as your body lets go of the desire for the addictive foods and drinks you are choosing not to consume. This depends largely on how different the detox diet is from your normal diet. This 21 Day Detox is intended to be a gentle, nourishing and supportive cleanse, and detox symptoms should not last more than a couple of days.

What is the time commitment?

Just a few minutes a day to read the email. There will be some days that include a 10 minute video to watch. It takes longer to prepare a healthy meal from scratch, so depending on your normal routine, you might find an extra hour is needed each day to devote to your health. It is optional to post in the group, but highly beneficial for you and the other detox members. This may take 15 mins per day. 

Who is this program suitable for?

Anyone who is wanting to improve their energy, mood, gut health, and general wellbeing! It is not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. This detox does not replace medical advice.
