If you have already had an initial consultation, this is a follow up and is shorter in length. We can look at how you are progressing, tweak your program, order more tests if necessary, and address any new concerns.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24hrs before the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations made after this time will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
