Service Description

If you have already had an initial consultation, this is a follow up and is shorter in length. We can discuss results of testing, look at how you are progressing, adjust your program, and address any new concerns.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24hrs before the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations made after this time will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
