4 x One-to one sessions to support you to detoxify, remineralise, improve your energy and heal from the inside, out. Thorough report and recommendations with resources given after each session. Session 1: Initial Consultation and Plan Review of intake form, with thorough assessment and discussion of history of stress and symptoms. Understanding mineral balancing and nutritional therapy for your specific health concerns. Discussion of the Root Cause Protocol. Assess current diet and lifestyle, and identify areas of focus. Recommend dietary changes and supplementation to address mineral imbalances and support overall health and wellbeing. Discuss and organise any necessary testing including blood tests and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis. 3 follow up appointments to be used within 3 months. Areas covered include: Discussion of impact of stress on the body and how it can affect mineral levels and contribute to current symptoms. Strategies, food and supplements to improve metabolic and emotional stress resilience. Interpretation of test results. Discussion of mineral and vitamin ratios/patterns and impacts on health. Additional recommendations in light of testing, to support unique findings. Clarity on direction and focus areas to maximise results. Monitoring progress and addressing specific health concerns more deeply. e.g. may include Hormonal Balance, Digestive Health, Sleep, Detox, Diet plan, Fatigue, Emotional concerns etc. NLP sessions if required for shifting dysfunctional beliefs, emotions and self-sabotage.
