Service Description

This consultation includes a thorough discussion of your health and stress history, Root Cause Protocol concepts and Nutritional Therapy, and includes analysis and discussion of test results (if applicable), recommended next steps and report. Upon booking this consult I will send you an intake form and ask you to email me any recent test results you have. I will need the completed form returned to me at least 24hrs before the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24hrs before the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations made after this time will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
